In the wake of the move from Secaucus to 30 Rock, some MSNBC employees are facing a loss of jobs. Some estimate the cuts to be about half the current MSNBC staff. Don’t get caught in the crossfire. Don’t Believe the Hype!
As workers, you have the right to join a union. You can not legally be fired for union activity. You do not have to be a Daily Hire to join NABET. If you are MSNBC staff, your employment status can not be legally changed by joining a union.

NABET exists to protect workers from remaining “employees at will” subject to the whims of management. NABET offers benefits, job security, regular pay raises, a collective bargaining agreement and grievance procedures, just to name a few.
